All things are working for your good.
Things are aligning the way they’re supposed to.
It’s all happening for you.
May you be guided to be present in each moment.
May you allow Good to come and things to work for you.
May you have an Amazing day, week and month.
Do you ever get caught up or overwhelmed with the details of life — How things have happened, are happening or maybe even are not happening? Where you go down a rabbit hole thinking:
“Man, this just isn’t working out,”
”I don’t have what I need or want,”
Or, ”I’m not in the place I want to be.”
I have too. From one or two things changing, my mind somehow went from being optimistic to being attracted to what didn’t happen or even a non-good thing about the situation. I’ve often forgotten that life will sometimes life.
Life is beautiful to me — It’s an ongoing sequence of experiences that constantly allow for creation or co-creation in each moment, allowing opportunities to choose. We often hope or expect life to unfold and happen in a linear path. Or we even expect that all of the elements and signs we need or hope for appear to reassure us that it’s still happening. But unfortunately, life doesn’t always work out and unfold that way.
I think it works out where we have an expectation of something or someone. We don’t communicate well to manage the expectation, but we make the expectation bigger, where instead of the expectation being what it is, it has now evolved to a very specific outcome in a very specific type of way. In the process of this evolution, we attach ourselves, cling to or crave this very specific outcome in this very specific way. We want to control EVERY thing. This takes us out of ourselves. This takes us out of enjoying the sequence of experiences. This takes us out of creating or co-creating, allowing things to happen as they will.
I believe having expectations are great and managing them are greater. But what I’ve learned and found is this clinging, craving and attaching ourselves to outcomes is what makes us feel overwhelmed, stressed or anxious.
If you’re slightly off-track of a deadline you’re working on, that’s okay.
If one small detail isn’t as it’s supposed to be, that’s okay.
This person told you NO, that’s okay.
You' didn’t get what you hoped for, that’s okay.
It’s all okay.
Why?
Because in the end, even though it may not look or feel like it, everything always works out how it’s supposed to.
Take a moment and take a deep breath.
Be still and enjoy this present moment.
Take a moment to appreciate all that you have an all that you are.
Take a moment to be grateful for how far you’ve come in this journey and process of life.
Take a moment to experience the now.
And take a moment to reassure yourself that all things are working for your good.
