What are you packing with you today, to be well? feat. Jovian Zayne Peters
Earlier I spoke with Jovian Zayne about gratitude, intention and purpose. The conversation was great, insightful and encouraging and what stood out the most was an insight, question and reflection she had asking What are you packing with you today to be well? That is such a profound question and reflection. When we’re going somewhere, before we leave the house we make sure we have the essential things for wherever we’re going or whatever we’ll be doing. But what are we packing each day in our life bags to be well, literally and metaphorically?
That is something I for sure will continue to think on, but also be more mindful and aware of what it is I need to bring to each situation to ensure my well-being.
