The details of our days and life can be stressful at times. We’re often just going going going and then we look up, and time, moments, people and life has passed us by.

Not thinking about what is to come.
Not worrying.
Not stressing.
Just being STILL.
It’s the beginning of a new month. It’s the start of a new day and the beginning of a new week. This month of May is also Mental Health Awareness Month.
