Often times when I’m working on something or working with somebody I have found myself in a state of being overly excited to make that thing happen or get the thing done. It’s like I have positive anxiety anticipating what’s to come and it whatever it is, can’t seem to happen fast enough. On the other side of that, there are times I hit roadblocks and it seems like progress is dragging to make whatever it is we’re working on happen or where it doesn’t seem like the thing or opportunity is going to happen. My patience gets tested in a non-positive way, where those roadblocks that are in the way seem insurmountable to keep going is challenging. Feelings that often arise are, maybe I’m delusional or insane(doing the same thing over and over without a change in outcome) and I am unable to see a light at the end of the tunnel because I’m so deeply entrenched in negative or whatever the roadblock is.
