It feels like summer, daily...
Do you ever notice that when Summer comes around your feelings, emotions, mood and energy change for the better? Although temperatures are a bit warmer, you generally feel lighter and better about things and people. It’s difficult to not feel good in the summer — The sun sets later, your work week or day may be shorter(Summer Fridays) and it’s almost as if living and enjoying life takes more of a priority in the summer. Everything hits different in the summer.
Heck, you probably feel good and light reading this.
It makes me think, what if the level of purpose and intentionality that we bring to feeling and being good in the Summer was the same way we felt and approached our lives every day? Flowing and vibing and moving around in a way that’s intentional, mindful and almost carefree because it’s summer, what’s there to worry or stress about?
Today and this week, try practicing being more mindful.
Try approaching every day care and worry free.
Try approaching every day with a sense of light-ness.
Try approaching every day with a sense of ease where you can flow from thing to thing, moment to moment.
Check in with your vibes.
Check in with your feelings.
Check in with yourself and reflect on what you are grateful for.
If we worked on or had this approach daily, we may be able to live stress or anxiety free with ease.
