I don’t have anything amazingly profound for you, this Mindful Monday.
However, I want to encourage and empower you to enjoy your rest, enjoy the life you’ve been given, and enjoy the things you’ve created.
Enjoy yourself and enjoy the fruits of your labor.
I’ve been present in spending time with my family the last couple of days and it’s been eventful, fulfilling and even restful. This Holiday, I made sure I leaned into resting.
I’ve been navigating some internal challenges the last couple of weeks, but going into this holiday weekend I wanted it to be a fun one for a myriad of reasons amidst a season of change, but I also wanted to enjoy myself in each moment and also rest.
I am grateful for my rest. I am grateful for how far I’ve come, I am grateful for the journey, even though it’s not pleasant at times. I am grateful for those who inspire, encourage, empower and show up in my life in the ways they do, even when they don’t know it. I am grateful for you taking the time to tap in with me and read this.
