How are you feeling?
How’s your Vibes and Energy?
Isn’t it interesting that we often start communications(calls, conversations and meetings) with people asking “how are you?”, when most of the time we don’t really mean it. I don’t mean that in a bad way; but more that asking someone how they are has become something that’s said as a conversation filler or an ice breaker that we react to in the moment versus pausing, taking a moment and responding.
But do we really know or care for how we and others are?
Amongst other things, mindfulness is a practice that allows for inquiry.
Inquiry into how you are.
Inquiry into what you’re feeling or sensing.
Inquiry into what you’re hearing.
Inquiry into what you’re seeing
Inquiry into what you taste and so much more.
