Doing the work...
Sending you Good Vibes and Energy!
May you be gentle with yourself,
May you overcome your fears and challenges,
May you be present in each moment,
May you be held in and with Love.
It is very very easy to get discouraged, but for some reason, it can challenging to detach ourselves from outcomes and more challenging to be or feel encouraged to find the gratitude, positive or the bright side of things and situations.
If and when you get discouraged, just stop where you are.
Take a beat and rest.
Inhale up through your nose and exhale deep out of your mouth.
Allow your breath to guide you to the present and rest in your awareness.
Be present in that rest.
When you’re comfortable and ready, slowly bring yourself back into the physical space you’re in and at your own pace, move forward with your day, task or whatever you were doing.
Don’t judge yourself.
Be kind and gentle to yourself.
That discouragement may still be there or maybe it will go away.
But whatever it was that may have had you down, has passed.
You are here. You are now.
You are doing and just did the work. It may be challenging and it may be hard.
One thing we know about hard work is that even when it hurts, it pays off.
I don’t want to just speak over and encourage you, but I am speaking to myself.
Keep doing the work on yourself to be your highest and your best, even when you don’t feel at your highest or best.

Interested in Meditation Teacher Training?
The Interdependence Project’s Meditation Teacher Training Program is still accepting applications for a few more days. The program is a 200 hr, IMTA certified and accredited program that will run Sept. 2023 - April 2024.
This is the training program I went through. It is uniquely developed to train you to teach in a variety of different meditation styles. A lot of our time is spent on giving critical feedback as you develop your teacher's voice. You are guided by an incredibly compassionate and diverse group of teachers from different parts of the world and also thoughtfully placed in an intimate study group to help support you further.
