Breathe is a calming sonic meditation crafted for healing and these times.
Breathe brings together the brilliance of Grammy Award winner Keyon Harrold, the innovative touch of Jahi Sundance, and my own guided breath meditation.
”Breathe” was born from suffering, stress, grief and the shared need for grounding.
The practice blends a contemporary composition, ambient textures, soulful trumpet and intentional sound design to guide listeners back to the breath and into the present. Breathe is a perfect mindfulness, rest, and breathwork practice offering a moment of peace in chaotic times.
WHY NOW?
2025 has intensified the collective need for mental health support. To honor and close Mental Health Awareness Month, I wanted to bring “Breathe” to the world right when it’s needed most. This project delivers an immediate, accessible and practical artful tool for stress relief, emotional balance, anxiety, grief, and daily overwhelm.
