Do Mondays - Fridays may seem mundane?
I find that a lot of our society wakes up, looks at our phones, hops in the shower, eats our food, looks at social media, commutes to an office or our workspace and then we begin working. We take lunch, often while working and then there may be a short afternoon break where you get outside for coffee or a snack, then back to work before your day is done. And we repeat this daily and we look to the weekends as a place of rest, reset or to prioritize hanging with family or friends.
Sure, we’re active in one way or another during the week, but are we actually present?
