A daily routine
When you wake up, how do you start your day?
What’s the first thing you do?
Do you look at your phone, grab a glass of water, hop in the shower, exercise or do something else?
Why is this the first thing?
How does whatever you do impact your day?
I believe how we spend and invest the first few moments of our days is paramount. I also believe, writing things down is extremely important. Writing creates accountability and also creates and sends a vibration out to the universe to transpire to make whatever you’re writing down, happen. Writing is an active thing, not a passive thing — You’re fully present and aware in moments of writing. In writing, you’re training your subconscious mind as thoughts become things. And just by writing things down, you’re increasing the likelihood of achieving it by 65%.
I believed how we started our days and writing was so important that in 2021, I created and released my first book — A 365-day Journal.
It’s a tool to experience the power of setting goals, and intentions and establishing a daily practice. My intention was to provide what I believe is most essential for growth, development and to help creative people tap into their power within to become a better creative, setting and creating the vibe they want, daily and be more Mindful.
The response, feedback and impact of the journal have been abundant. However, I received constructive feedback about the size and weight of the journal — That it wasn’t easy to travel with.
So now, almost 3 Years after the launch of the first edition, I’ve created a smaller, 90-day version!
I wanted to offer something for people to invest in themselves and their creative practice. By investing yourself in a daily routine or practice you provide yourself the opportunity for introspection and mindfulness and to also transform the daily struggle into a productive, reliable daily vibe whenever and wherever you work.
Whether you take 90 seconds or 90 minutes make a commitment to put yourself first and establish a routine or practice to help set and create the vibe for your day.

I believe that we all are supremely divine and the embodiment of infinite possibilities.
I also believe that ANY and EVERY thing is possible.
As we think about being Mindful, I encourage you if you haven’t already to get into the habit of an AM routine. Mindfully check in with yourself, to think about and set your goals, and some intentions and challenge yourself to put the work in to be better, every day!
